Socio-economic and technology shifts are significantly changing consumer behaviour so to have predicted even half of what’s happening these days perhaps qualifies you as being somewhat of a futurist. That said what do you think the future will look like in another 5 to 10 years?
To answer this with some degree of confidence or accuracy we’d have to start by better understanding what the consumer’s perspective is on the future and blend that with our own viewpoint from a business and industry perspective. Once you’ve done your research for both sides of the equation then it’s time to start brainstorming answers to the question.
