It appears that several of the Visionwall display frames in size 20×30, have magnets that are not strong enough to hold that size acrylic panel. The result is that the acrylic cover slips and falls off the frame once it is mounted on a wall. The manufacturer has immediately begun investigating the cause of this, and therefore possibly the remedy, but in the meantime please do NOT sell any of this size frame and please do not display it on your own store walls. All the other sizes appear to be unaffected. It is just the 20″x30″.
The solution might be as simple as us supplying you with replacement magnets from a different batch so our preferred course of action at this stage is to ask you to set aside your stock of 20×30 and label the box clearly so your staff know not to display/sell it until further advice. As soon as we have further advice from the manufacturer about the actual course of action to be taken, we will contact you again and if simple replacement magnets are not the answer, we will arrange stock returns at that time.
